Kemp Motorcoach Tours are conducted on OUR OWN LUXURY MOTORCOACHES   Note: Motorcoaches utilized on tours in conjunction with another tour company my not be Kemp coaches; however, they are deemed to be of equal quality to our own exceptionally maintained coaches. Professional tour directors dedicated to providing all passengers with a highly enjoyable, entertaining and carefree tour experience accompany all tours.(Except Casino Day Trips) All Kemp Tours included gratuity for the professional driver; however, any additional compensation extended based on your appreciation of service rendered would be graciously accepted.   PAYMENT POLICY Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, Visa or Mastercard For one-day tours full payment is due within 1 week of making your reservation. Your reservation is secured only upon receipt of payment. For one-day tours that feature a theatrical production, or any ticketed feature such as concerts, sporting events etc. Payment is due in full to secure reservation and due within 1 week of making your reservation. Your reservation is secured only upon receipt of deposit. Trip is NON-REFUNDABLE unless seat is resold PRIOR to trip date. A tour confirmation postcard, noting your chosen pick-up location and other tour related information will be sent to all paid in full one day tour passengers approximately 1 week prior to the tour departure. passengers approximately 1 week prior to the tour departure. For overnight tours a $100.00 per person deposit is due within 1 week of making your reservation. Your reservation is secured only upon receipt of deposit. Remainder payment is due, in full, six (6) weeks prior to departure. Overnight Tour documents (itinerary, luggage tags, etc…) will be sent to all passengers 2 weeks prior to the tour departure.   CANCELLATION POLICY A total refund can be expected for cancellation of a one day tour with a 14 day or more notice. NO REFUNDS on Sports/Theater or other special ticketed tours, unless resold prior to tour date One day tours cancelled within 14 days of tour departure or for “no-show” on day of tour are non-refundable. We suggest finding your own replacement to avoid payment loss. On overnight tours deposit is withheld if cancellation is made prior to one month from tour departure date. Cancellations within one month of tour departure date are non-refundable. These terms directly reflect terms set forth by hotels, etc… and unfortunately, will not waver. Bus Sales LLC, dba-The Kemp’s View offers Travel Insurance in conjunction with Insure America, a division of Travel Guard International. We highly suggest travel insurance which can be purchased at an additional cost.   MISCELLANEOUS An $18.00 fee is charged for returned checks. A NO SMOKING policy is enforced on all motorcoaches. Rest stops are made to accommodate smokers. Vehicles parked at our designated pick-up locations are left at owner’s own risk. Kemp’s Bus Service, Inc. or parking facility owner cannot be held responsible for vehicles. Times noted for all tours, particularly return times are approximate. Please be considerate to fellow travelers; be prompt at pick-ups. Seating on motorcoaches for all tours is based on “first come, first served;” however, an even and alternating number of seats are reserved for each pick-up location. To the best of our ability, we will secure seating for those with limited mobility or based on their specific needs. We reserve the right to make changes of equal or greater value for any feature(s) and/or hotel(s) noted on any tour. Kemps Tours and Kemp’s Bus Service, Inc. are booking agents with regards to all tour features and assumes no responsibility for any delay, cancellation or change in schedule due to unforeseen circumstances caused by another agent, driving/traffic conditions or for hotel related occurrences. Kemps Tours and Kemp’s Bus Service, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal property while a passenger is on tour. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. Any payment received will then become fully refundable without any further obligation on the part of Kemps Tours, Kemp’s Bus Service, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.   TOURS INTO CANADA Tours entering Canada require passengers to carry documentation of proof of citizenship. A passport OR birth certificate accompanied by a government issued photo I.D. OR certificate of naturalization are acceptable forms of identification by both U.S. and Canadian governments. NOTE: Failure to comply with a border officials request to substantiate your citizenship with the necessary documentation as noted above could result in being denied entry to/or exit from Canada. In that event the individual passenger(s) are solely responsible for securing a means to return home and should understand that any tour cost is forfeited due to noncompliance of this protocol. Kemp’s Tours is removed from any responsibility if any passenger’s actions cause them to be turned away at the border.   PLEASE BE PREPARED!   CONVENIENT PICK-UP LOCATIONS FOR TOURS Each tour will note the pick-up location available for that tour. (*Not all pickup locations are available on all tours). Pick-up and return times are within 1/2 hours of each other. Return time for last drop-off is noted.
